Litigation Attorney – Employment/Labor Law
Mesriani Law Group is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings
- Draft pleadings
- Propound and respond to discoveries
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and oppose motions
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Negotiate settlements
- Conduct arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials
Qualifications:
Experience in Employment/Labor Law and litigation is required.

Legal Assistant – Personal Injury
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and gather documents
- Conduct research
- Draft legal documents
- Organize case files
Candidates must:
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate effective planning and have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments
Prior experience in Personal Injury law is not required, but desired.
