May 1, 2020 – Huntington Beach: Two Caltrans workers were struck by a car that crashed on the 405 Freeway last Thursday night. The Caltrans workers were setting up a closure near Beach Boulevard when the car crashed into their truck.
The car driver was pronounced dead ta the scene. He was driving a Dodge Dart. Both Caltrans workers were injured and brought to the nearby hospital for immediate treatments.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
